Effective date: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit datakafe.com, communicate with us, or use a Datakafe application or service that links to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). A particular product may provide additional privacy information at or before the time information is collected.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:
- Information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, account details, support messages, form responses, and content you choose to submit.
- App and device information, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, IP address, crash data, diagnostics, and identifiers used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Usage information, such as pages or features viewed, interactions, referring pages, and dates and times of access.
- Information from third parties, such as service providers, business partners, or sign-in providers, when you direct them to share information with us.
If an application requests access to device features such as photos, camera, microphone, contacts, or location, it will do so through the device permission process. The relevant feature will explain why access is requested. You may control these permissions in your device settings.
2. How we use information
We may use information to provide and maintain the Services; create and manage accounts; respond to requests and provide support; process transactions; personalize and improve products; monitor reliability and performance; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with law; and send service-related or, where permitted, marketing communications.
3. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that perform services for us, such as hosting, analytics, communications, payment processing, and customer support; to professional advisers; in connection with a business transaction; when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
4. Apple and App Store services
Apple may process information independently when you download or use an iOS application, make an in-app purchase, use Sign in with Apple, receive notifications, or interact with other Apple services. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policies. Information displayed in an App Store privacy label describes the data practices of the specific app and should be read together with this Policy.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages, manage app permissions and notifications through your device settings, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and exceptions may apply under law.
7. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
8. International processing
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
