Questions, bugs, or feedback about Mr Bean: Baby Care Log — reach a real person, usually within a day or two.
Q. How do I invite a co-parent, nanny, or babysitter?
Open Settings from the bottom tab bar and add them as a family member on your baby's profile. Once they accept, they can ask questions and log memories on the same shared timeline.
Q. Who can see what I log?
Only the caregivers you've invited to a baby's profile can see that baby's memories. Nothing is shared publicly or with other families.
Q. My voice note didn't transcribe correctly. What do I do?
Speech-to-text works best in a quiet room with the phone held close. If a transcript comes out wrong, you can always edit the saved memory by hand from the Memories tab.
Q. Mr. Bean couldn't read my photo or handwritten note.
Make sure the note is well-lit, in focus, and fills most of the frame. Very messy handwriting or glare can affect accuracy — you can always add or correct details as text after saving.
Q. How do I delete a memory or my account?
You can archive or delete any individual memory from the Memories tab at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us below and we'll process the request within 5 business days.
Q. What platforms does Mr. Bean support?
Mr. Bean is currently an iOS app for iPhone. We're evaluating additional platforms based on demand — let us know if you'd like to see it elsewhere.
